About the event

Join us for an Easter egg hunt with a difference!

We'll be searching for mermaids' purses (the egg cases of sharks and rays) along the strandline at Wembury Beach, recording what we find as part of the Shark Trust's Great Eggcase Hunt. Each child will receive a small chocolate egg at the end of the event.

Meet outside Wembury Marine Centre at 9:50am. All children must be accompanied by an adult. A family ticket allows up to 3 children per adult.

Please wear sturdy footwear and clothes suitable for the weather.

Please note, dogs are permitted on Wembury Beach until 1st May, but please keep them on a lead and under close control during the event.

National Trust car parking charges apply at Wembury beach.

Cancellation Policy – requested refunds will be automatically issued up to 1 day before the event starts, minus the Eventbrite booking fee. If the event is cancelled by us due to poor weather, you will receive a full refund.
