Wembury Marine Centre offers the following programmes of work for schools. Work can be tailored to any age group in both Primary and Secondary schools:

Activities based at the beach:

Guided rockpooling tours looking at habitats, food chains and adaptations. £1/pupil.

Guided beach clean with litter survey. No charge.

Activities based at school:

Illustrated talk on Wembury and the marine life in the rockpools - covers the Seashore Code. The session lasts approximately 1 hour including time for questions. £30.
