As summer comes to an end, unfortunately so too does my time here at Wembury. It’s been great meeting the wonderful people of Wembury (the public and volunteers), as well as those holiday-makers visiting our lovely beach from afar!
I’ve learnt a lot here, and it’ll be a shame to leave. Taking rockpool safaris has taught me more about the rocky shore, through the public’s knowledge and questions as well as my need to identify whatever we find! I’ve also felt I
have contributed to the great work done here at Wembury Marine Centre adding to this website and reaching out to people through social media, advertising the many events held throughout the summer.
It’s been an experience I won’t forget any time soon, and I hope any knowledge I’ve been able to pass on will stick in the minds of all generations! 🙂
So from here I have to say goodbye, and thanks for having me!
